Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by De Santis during the season in which the side lost out to Cleveland Crunch in the Conference Semi-finals of the NPSL. Having spent six seasons in his first stint for the club, De Santis made his return this season after a short spell from Raleigh Capital Express. The Canadian international retired from professional football in 2003, and went on to manage Montreal Impact between 2004-08. He has represented Canada on 9 occasions.
