Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Platt for the 2000-01 season. The 1990 World Cup hero took over as Forest boss in 1999 and made 3 appearances while guided the side to a mid-table finish in Division One. This season he managed to get 4 games under his belt, also his final ever professional match after a 16 year long playing career. The Reds came 11th in this campaign but it was seen as a disappointment due to the amount of money spent on the team and the club ambitious to return to the Premier League so Platt moved on to become England U-21 boss in the summer of '01. The former Aston Villa, Juventus, Sampdoria and Arsenal talisman hung up his boots at this time after a stellar career and 62 caps for the Three Lions scoring 27 goals in his careeer which made him the then second highest ever midfield goalscorer after Bobby Charlton
