Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Zagorakis for a 2002 World Cup Qualification Group 9 match against Germany. The sides met twice in qualifying with the Germans running out 2-0 winners in Hamburg in September 2000 and then winning a 4-2 thriller in Athens the following March. Zagorakis played the full match and wore #8 on both occasions as Greece endured a disappointing qualifying campaign eventually finishing 4th in Group 9 winning just two games. The former Leicester man had earned his his first cap in 1994 and went on to play a key role as the side recovered from missing out on the World Cup to shock Europe and claim the Euro 2004 title. He played every minute of that infamous tournament triumph in Portugal and earned a superb 120 caps in total for his country between 1994-2007 and retired as Greece's most capped player later being over taken by Giorgos Karagounis in 2012.
