Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by De Angelis for the Serie B match against Sampdoria, played at Stadio San Vito on 12th May 2001. The game was an absolute thriller finishing 4-4 in dramatic fashion, Francesco De Francesco, Stefano Guidoni and a Gianluca Savoldi brace had notched up strikes for the hosts who had gone ahead on three separate occasions in the match only to be pegged back by Samp every time. de Angelis played the full 90 minutes despite picking up a booking, the defender made 31 appearances in all competitions for the side this season helping the Wolves to an 8th place finish in Serie B. He left to join Cagliari at the end of the season but would return after just one campaign. He later starred for a whole host of Italian sides including Salernitana, Genoa and Avellino.
