Notes - Home shirt as worn by Carbone when the side suffered relegation from the Premiership. Having formed a much celebrated strikeforce alongside fellow Italian schemer Paolo Di Canio, Carbone lost his partner who after serving a 10-game suspension for pushing referee Craig Alcock then moved to West Ham.
