Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Berg around the period of the Champions League campaign. Their group consisted of Feyenoord, Dortmund and Boavista. The side went on to famously win the group which was only the second time the club had made it past the first group stage having previously reached the Quarter Finals in 96-97. Rosenborg were drawn in a 'Group of Death' with Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Dynamo Kiev in the next round and went out at that stage. Berg scored a total of 3 goals in the Champions League campaign against Boavista and Dynamo Kiev. The Norwegian midfielder returned to the club for the second time and remained until 2006 where he retired from professional football. Ørjan managed to earn 19 caps and scored 1 goal in his 2 years serving for his national team.
