Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Cooper for the 1999-00 season. Forest were back in the First Division having suffered relegation form the Premiership the season before and struggled to mount a serious push for an immediate return to the top flight finishing a disappointing 14th in the League. Cooper made just one appearance for the side this season coming on as a substitute for Marlon Harewood in the thrilling 3-2 away win over Stockport County at Edgeley Park. The youngster had come up through the ranks with his local side and stayed with Forest for one more season after this before joining York City in 2001 in search of more game time and later enjoyed spells with Alfreton Town and Eastwood Town. This classy design Umbro template had been worn as the side's away kit the previous two seasons and was given one last run out as Forest's 3rd kit this year with new look Nationwide Football League sleeve patches.
