Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Fettis during the 1999-00 season. The former Hull City man had joined Rovers from Nottingham Forest in 97' but struggled to break into the first team at Ewood and was often used as a back-up keeper. Republic of Ireland international Alan Kelly was the preferred choice in between the sticks this year as Blackburn struggled to adjust to life in the Second Tier slumping to an 11th place finish. Fettis was also behind Australian John Filan in the pecking order and made just once appearance this season coming on a second half sub for Kelly in a 2-1 victory over Portsmouth at Fratton Park. He opted to leave Ewood at the end of the season and join York City where he spent 3 years before returning to Hull. He earned the last of his 25 caps for Northern Ireland this year coming in a 2-2 draw with Moldova in November.
