Notes - Rare centenary fourth shirt with special crest as worn in Milan's 100th season. This design was only worn in a special friendly match to celebrate the club's centenary. Baresi was widely regarded as one of the best defenders of all time, coming through the ranks at his boyhood club and going on to make over 500 appearances for the Rossoneri. The Italian centre-back was captain of Milan for 15 seasons and won three UEFA Champions League titles, six Serie A titles, four Supercoppa Italiana titles, two European Super Cups and two Intercontinental Cups and was honoured by his club retiring his iconic #6 shirt when the defender hung up his boots in 1997
