Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Deflandre for the friendly match against the USA, played at King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels on 25th February 1998. This was the first meeting between the sides since a 1-0 win for the Red Devils in 1995 and they made it back-to-back victories here with a 2-0 courtesy of a Nico Van Kerckhoven brace. Deflandre played the full 90 minutes in this one and won 57 caps for his country following his debut in 1996. He featured for Belgium at both the '98 and '02 World Cups and EURO 2000.
