Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by a #9 during the period 1997-99. Youth shirt were worn by England's U-18 and this design would be worn at the 1999 FIFA World Youth Championship in Malaysia when the side topped their group but came unstuck in the last 16 against eventual Champions Argentina.
