Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by a #2 during the period 1997-99. This iconic Reebok vector design was worn by La Roja at the 1998 World Cup in France. The side reached the last 16 under Uruguayan manager Nelson Acosta after 3 straight draws in their Group but fell to a heavy 4-1 defeat against eventual finalists Brazil. The design then rolled over to the 1999 Copa América Finals where the side reached the Semi-Finals before losing out to Uruguay on penalties.
