Notes - Away shirt as worn when Roy Hodgson took over as manager and the side finished sixth in the Premiership. Dahlin was widely regarded as one of the best strikers in the world during his time with Mönchengladbach. His move to Ewood park saw the striker struggle to replicate his previous form, scoring only 4 times in 27 appearances before an injury in a training game contributing to Dahlin's retirement from the game. Blackburn were left out of pocket after the striker's insurance company refused to pay the club, leading to a court battle which left the Lancashire club £4m out of pocket.
