Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Larsen for the 1996 European Championship. The Danes were the holders of the tournament after their heroic shock triumph four years earlier. They drew their opening match against dark horses Portugal before suffering a heavy defeat against Croatia at Hillsborough with Davor Šuker running riot. They trashed Turkey 3-0 in their final group game but it was not enough for them to progress to the quarter finals. Larsen featured in all three matches, starting against Portugal and Croatia and coming off the bench against the Turks. These were to be the Lyngby man's final appearances for his national side, he had been a part of the legendary Euro 92 winning team and represented his country 39 times in total between 1989-96. This rare blue third design wasn't used at the tournament with the side wearing their home strip against Croatia and Turkey and then the white away shirt against Portugal. The only time this shirt would be worn was the following year in a World Cup qualifier against Croatia.
