Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Metz during the 1996-98 period. Winfried Schäfer's men finished an impressive 6th in the 96/97 season but were relegated a year later following an 18th-place finish. Metz spent over a decade with Karlsruher SC, making over 300 appearances before hanging up his boots in 1999.
