Notes - Home shirt worn at Euro '96 when the side famously beat England on penalties in the Semi-Finals and went on to face Czech Republic in the Final. Patrick Berger scored a penalty in the 59th minute which looked to swing the tie in the Czech's favour however super sub Oliver Bierhoff scored once to take it to extra time and then scored again to win the tie in extra time. Germany were European champions again, the first time as a unified country
