Notes - Very rare classic design home shirt as worn by Novotny when the side particpated at Euro '96 where the side turned out to be the surprise package of the tournament knocking out Italy in the Group Stages before edging past Portugal and France to famously reach the Final at Wembley. They took the lead against Germany but went on to lose to an Oliver Bierhoff golden goal.
