Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Vieri in the FC Zürich Centenary Trophy Semi-Final match against Bayern Munich played on 28th July 1996 played at Letzigrund, Zürich. This pre-season tournament was organised by FC Zürich to celebrate the 100th anniversary of their foundation as a club. There were 4 teams involved, with Juventus facing Bayern, whilst Zürich played Grasshopper. This match finished with a 2-1 victory for Juventus, where they came from behind after Witeczek gave the German side the lead in the 14th minute. Legendary attacker Del Piero levelled things on the half hour mark, before Amoruso grabbed the winner in the 81st minute. La Vecchia Signora then faced Zürich in the final, which finished in a 2-1 defeat. The Bianconeri wore this interesting Kappa shirt with the manufacturers logos running down the sleeves only in friendly matches ahead of the 96-97 season, notably against Bayern Munich, Ajax and Milan. Vieri came off the bench in this match, during his one season stint with the side having just signed from Atalanta. The deadly striker scored 13 goals in 35 games as the side won Serie A, but could not defend their Champions League crown as they lost out to Dortmund in the final
