Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Méndez during 1995. The defender won 45 caps for Uruguay following his debut in 1993 and made 5 appearances at the 1995 Copa America. He played the full 90 minutes in the final as Celeste beat Brazil on penalties to lift the trophy. Méndez enjoyed spells in Italy with Vicenza and Torino before returning to Nacional.
