Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Ciechelski in the 1995-96 season. This was the club's first ever season in the top flight of French football. They had won Division 2 back in '79 but were not promoted after failing to gain professional status in time. Roland Gransart's men performed admirably ending the campaign by going 5 games unbeaten but it was not enough to preserve their Division 1 status and they were relegated after just one year at this level. Ciechelski joined the club on loan from Auxerre and made 9 appearances scoring 1 goal before returning to AJA. Les Forgerons did go on to shock French football again in 2000 by famously winning the Coupe de la Ligue
