Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been prepared for Robins during the 1993-94 season. This was the year that the Canaries enjoyed a UEFA Cup adventure, reaching the third round of the competition where they were finally beaten by European giants Inter Milan, losing 1-0 in both games. On the way they had completed a feat that no other English side had ever done, by beating Bayern Munich 2-1 on their own soil in the Olympiastation thanks to goals from Jeremy Goss and Mark Bowen. Unfortunately, Robins was forced off with a serious injury after 15 minutes, which meant he would not play any more part in the side's journey. The striker played for Norwich over a 3 year period, playing 73 games and registering 20 goals. This style of shirt was only ever worn once, during the 1st round of the Uefa Cup 2nd leg tie away against Vitesse Arnhem, which finished 0-0. The Canaries progressed to the next round against Bayern, after securing a 3-0 home win in the 1st leg. It is believed that this shirt was produced in error and then given to the player as a gift, as the correct shirt did not feature player namesets or the castle detail on the Norwich and Peterborough sponsor, whilst it did feature 'UEFA 1993-94' detail around the club badge
