Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by a #15 during the Serie A match against Genoa played at the San Siro on 27th March 1994. The side's had met earlier in the season, which saw Genoa record a 1-0 win over thanks to a Ruotolo goal. This fixture ended up in a 3-1 defeat for Inter, with a Ruotolo brace and a Skuhravý strike cancelling out Schililaci's 3rd minute opener. The Nerazzurri endured a difficult season in the league, where they could only manage a 13th place finish, whilst losing 14 matches. However, they made up for this in Europe as they defeated Casino Salzburg 2-0 on aggregate to claim the UEFA Cup. It is thought that #15 was an unused substitute during this match, but their identity has not been confirmed
