Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Shaw during the 1993/94 season when the side won promotion to the Premiership under boss Alan Smith. The side were crowned champions with 90 points as they bounced straight back up after a brief season stint in the First Division with Chris Armstrong top-scoring with 23 goals. Shaw began his career at Palace in 1986, going on to make over 200 appearances for the side, before switching to Coventry City in 1995
