Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Cristiani in the Serie A match against Sampdoria played at Stadio Giovanni Zini on the 4th April 1994. Cremonese had returned to the top flight for this season and by this point had already secured safety and their place in the top flight for 94-95. So the pressure was off, to such an extent that the kitman sent the team out in unbranded shirts! Cristiani played the full match as Luigi Simoni's men ground out a 0-0 draw against high flying Samp. The grigio-rosso remained in Serie A until '96 but after relegation in that campaign the club as unfortunately not since returned to this level
