Notes - Extremely rare home shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Blind during the 1993-94 season. The side won their first Eredivisie title since the 1989 season, to claim their 24th league success, as they finished 3 points ahead of defending champions Feyenoord. Blind featured 38 times this season helping the side to become champions and also reached the Quarter-Finals of the Cup Winners' Cup where they lost out to Parma. The cultured defender joined de Godenzonen from Sparta Rotterdam in 1986 and went on to spend the rest of his career in Amsterdam before retiring in 1999, having played close to 500 games for the side. Blind earned 42 caps for Netherlands over a 10 year spell between 1986-96, featuring at the '90 and '94 World Cups and '92 and '96 European Championships
