Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Bowman for the 1992 European Championships. The side qualified for the tournament in Sweden for the first time ever as they finished top of their group by one point, ahead of Switzerland and Romania. The Scots were drawn in a tough group with Germany, Netherlands and CIS. The side performed well but still lost their first two games, 1-0 to Holland and 2-0 to Germany, thus they were knocked out at the group stage, but did record a fine 3-0 win against CIS in their final group match. Bowman was selected as part of the squad to go to Sweden but he did not feature in any of the matches. His total of 6 caps all came between 1992-93. The midfielder spent the majority of his club career with Dundee United, over a 12 year period, where he played in the 1987 UEFA Cup Final and also won the 1993-94 Scottish Cup. Scotland did not wear this shirt at the tournament, instead using the home shirt for all three group matches
