Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Di Biagio during 1992-3 period. The midfielder represented Italy at youth level, playing at the 1993 Mediterranean games, where they reached the final under manager Cesare Maldini. Di Biagio won his first cap at the senior level in 1998 before going on to make another 30 appearances for the national side.
