Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or won by Heus in the 1990-91 season. The defender joined the club in 1986 from AZ and went on to spend a decade a de Kuip. Heus made 19 apperances in the Eredivisie during this season whilst he also got his first taste of silverware this season when Feyenoord beat Den Bosch to clinch the KNVB Beker, which they would go on to retain four years in a row. Feyenoord wore Hummel between 1987-90 and this was the first season they wore Adidas kits.
