Notes - Rare shirt worn at Euro 92 by the Commonwealth of Independent States which represented 12 of the 15 sovereign states reformed after the fall of the Soviet Union, the USSR had qualified for this tournament but they ceased to exist from 1st Jan. 1992, two days later FIFA approved CIS for the competition
