Notes - Ultra rare prototype player shirt produced for the 1st leg of the 1995 Italian Cup Final in Turin but never used as Parma opted for the yellow strip, the shirt would have been used by Dino Baggio in the away leg against Juventus played on the 7th of June '95 which Parma lost 1-0 after a Sergio Porrini goal, Parma went on to lose the 2nd leg 4 days later this time 2-0 missing out on their second Coppa Italia title, a one-off item that is extremely collectable |
